[TOMT] [VIDEO] About some "entity" inside a PC

So i don't remember a lot, but the main plot was that a boy (around 20 years old) does something in the pc, and it infects with a virus. The virus manifests like an entity that talks to him and they interact, first with fear, but later as friends. I remember the ending having a really big plot twist, like the protagonist killed himself or was already dead and the "entity" was like his internal thoughts. The video is filmed IRL and it's not old, I've seen it like 2/3 years ago. If you could help me find it, i would appreciate so much.
