Need to go back to school. Not sure what to go for.

Given how bad things are about to go here in the US, I need to find a way to make enough money to get through it. I have a BA in Political Science because I was focusing more on finding a reason to keep living than finding a degree garunteed to make me $50k out of the gate, so I'm stuck working low-end food service. Since I'm very likely to be in poverty in the next five years, I need to find a new job, and going back to college is an option.

Accounting is my primary option, but I'm not sure if a BS is enough in my state doing basic tax work near my small town. For GA's CPA, I also need 60hr of Accounting and 24hr of Business courses, so that'll be another 2 years at least. My therapist is pushing me to the trades, but I don't want to spend the rest of my life opening fridges or going under houses. Other than those two things, I'm not sure what degree to go for.

I'm able to push through a lot of shit, and save well (30% of what I make now is in some form of savings), but I need a career that gives me a comfortable living while staying with my parents. My main skills are computer-related (basic programming, Excel, etc.), but I can do more when required
