how honest is too honest?

(25-F here), i hv a guy friend(we have been friend since childhod(same school/class) so i hangout with him a lot,our family even know each other,we have went together even on international trips,if there is so much noise at my place i go to his home to sleep and even his parents are chill about it.if i am crying/sad/or my parents has to convince me for anything-my father will call him to convince me,but we are just good friend nothing else.

Now that I’m entering the arranged-marriage process, I’m unsure whether I need to hide or erase this part of my life—like deleting old photos or trips from Instagram —simply because people might judge or misunderstand a healthy, long-standing friendship.
