What happens if I oven bao buns?

I have frozen pre-made baobuns and I'm wondering what would happen if i put them in the oven (no water) instead of steaming them.

I've never heard of anyone doing this so I imagine its not very good but im really curious what happens if I do it but I dont want to waste my actual bao buns lmao
