[NJ]Age discrimination?

I have records of my (now former) employer complaining about my age, commenting that “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks,” etc — I certainly understand at-will employment, but is there anything here I could use against them? I’m convinced a major part of my being let go is due to being the oldest person at the company, as I was a high performer.
