Fly through ORD or PHL?

We’re looking at a trip later this year, and unfortunately nonstop isn’t an option. We can connect through O’Hare with about an hour connection, or through Philadelphia with around 1:15 connection but we’d change terminals. We generally don’t like ORD because of past experiences, does anyone have input on which they’d rather do? Connections will land around 7am (ORD) or 8am (PHL) and depart around 8am or 9am.
