What are we telling our doctors??

I have an upcoming hysterectomy and I need to disclose what medications I’m on. I’ve heard that if it’s noted in your chart and your insurance finds out that you’re researching, they can drop you or deny medical claims. Should I just say I’m using one of the other GLPs?
