How do you remove videos or accounts on twitter?

I reported videos on twitter that my exboyfriend took without my permission. I got an email back saying that they need a copy of my ID to move forward with the report. Should I do it? They are intimate videos of my ex and videos of me changing he took when I was not looking. He just posted it a couple days ago. I went to the police they said they were busy and to come back next week. My face is not shown, but it is me.
