RPLND Questions

I’m wrapping up my fourth round of EP for embryonal germ cell carcinoma. From reading online it seems like I have a ~40% chance of needing RPLND. My questions are

A. How important is it to get RPLND done at a high volume center like MSK or Indiana?

B. If it is important, when should I start the process of reaching out? Should I wait until I know I’ll need RPLND done, or put feelers out now?
