Will this Laptop serve my need of using after effects and premiere pro as a freelancer?

I have been editing since 3 4 years, now as i've joined college I want to get completely into freelancing. Will this macbook air help me edit videos for customer demand that's nowadays 4k clips etc. I will not be using blender etc but just ae and pp. The videos would be maximum upto the Mr Beastish kind of level. I could also go for a 24gb version but that'd drain my parents money all together eventhough would be worth the money. I don't want to waste a single penny of their hard earned money so please give your unfiltered and raw opinions.
