Just got laid off and I dont know how i will recover.

Happy New years was once again not happy for me. This is the 2nd time in 5 years I've been laid off right after the new year. The amount of anger and sadness running through me now cannot be put into words. I dont know where to go from here because if I can't even be valued or appreciated in a warehouse job how am I supposed to find work anywhere else. I was always 20 minutes early for work and the last one out and yet somehow im not valuable enough to keep around. The defeat inside is real and I have no more confidence in any of my abilities because as far as im concerned being fired and laid off are the same thing. People say dont take it personally but how can you not? Your world is turned upside down and that POS gets to sleep in his or her cozy bed like a baby. Sorry for the rant but I needed to get this out because it's eating me up.
