Dosaze ghosting me

I purchased a pillow from Dosaze, unfortunatly it is not a good fit. I have sent several emails without a res[ponse. They promise "Free returns, no questios asked". I may have to contact my credit card and file a dispute. Anyone have luck with them? BEWARE OF DOSAZE, I reccomend against orsering from them as they are not responding.
