When you watch Youtube videos about CPTSD, what are you looking for specifically? What makes you click on the video?

Question

1 - Are you looking to be educated on terms you are unfamiliar with? Have healing modalities explained like IFS, or EMDR, etc? Just education in general?

2 - Are you looking for personal stories? Things people have gone through. Things people have done that helped them. Or just feel solidarity with someone vocalizing things you personally relate to?

3 - Are you looking to be entertained with graphics or skits related to mental health?

4 - Are you wanting to dissociate and have something on in the back ground that feels useful but not overwhelming?

5 - Are you forming a connection with the person making the videos? Does that connection require seeing them on camera?

6 - Something else?

Who are people or channels you like, and what is it you find appealing about them? Do you feel like the information they give is useful and actionable in transformative ways for you? If so, how?

Thank you ahead of time to anyone responding. I have a small channel I am trying to build. It does ok, but can definitely improve in viewership.

Some channels I am aware of that do well are

Heidi Preibe, Daniel Mackler, Tim Fletcher. I watch these guys and find them helpful. Therapy in a nutshell I watch sometimes.

Patrick Teahan is sometimes good.

Childhood fairy is not useful to me personally. I know she is very popular though.

Those are the ones that come to mind without me digging through youtube subscriptions.
