Cold Mirage event proves fromsoft doesn't care about nightreign

Genuinely baffling how they developed an event which just tanks the entire lobby's fps whenever it attacks.

Our 3 stack are running rx 9070, 9070xt and 9060xt gpus with beefy cpu's and the event without fail always tanks the fps into the teens.

one of us also has the game on PS4 and it does the same on console too, so its not just a PC quirk.

Even if all the devs are running a 5090, there is no way that testing the event yeilded perfectly fine fps.

I know fromsoft games have always had shoddy performance generally but this is so insanely poor that it points to no other conclusion beyond the fact that they just didn't give a shit.

The game remains super fun, don't get me wrong but why on earth do they get away with such laziness.

This is on top of the already dismal history of bugs the game has had. Everdark butterfly gettings stuck outside arena, random disconnects then restore session being bugged, wending grace's being ignored... only to name a few.

I have played a lot of games, for over 15 years, and this game by far has some of the most morale destroying bugs I have ever seen in a video game.

I'm interested to see whether other fans of the game have similar grievances... its kinda tarnished my view of fromsoft tbh. I get this is the B team, but there are other dev's whose B teams have been well supported regardless of how good the next game is going to be.
