Where am I suppose to go now?

I’ve fully explored the Holy Grounds, I did the ritual with Owl with only one shard and the quest log told me to come to Gods Hall. I’ve fully explored it and come to the cradle where I’m confronted by a boss (guider the shadow moon) but she’s too strong for me even at level 60. First time I inspected the ancient device but I noped out to the main menu when I saw I was under leveled. The next time I tried putting a memory shard in but the game acted like I had already encountered her and I got killed. Am I suppose to beat her to progress and is it one of the endings?

A guide I was following told me to go to Albedo Tower next via Emerald Falls but the red lighting keeps zapping me back down.

Should I start wrapping up the side quests?
