Dorinda's Roasted Chicken Recipe

Does anyone know the complete roasted chicken recipe Dorinda made in season 8, the one with Herbes de Provence and (cough cough) butter. I've made with the simple ingredients Ramona said but would love if someone could post the full... Thanks
