Pext RACI: myth or real???

Howdy folks, I hope someone out there can help me. I've been told there is an updated RACI for Pext stores, one that puts more of the sales floor dedication into pharmacy tasks. The main example being that IS, under this new Pext RACI, spends more time in pharmacy stocking, ordering, claiming, etc.

The only RACI I have ever been able to find has 10% of an IS's weekly hours allotted for Rx tasks, which for a 40 hr employee would mean 4hrs per week. But my DM insists there is a new RACI specifically for Pext, and that an IS now spends almost 40% of their time back there.

Is there a proper corporate document that details these new responsibilities and such? Because I can't help but feel that Sales Floor Inventory takes will suffer if time is drawn away like that.
