Bikepacking route tips (Gravel)

I'm going on holiday with the in-laws this summer from Belgium to Kronplatz (Dolomites) and want to go with my gravel bike. Was thinking of taking the train to Basel and start from there.
I have done some ultra gravel races, but always with fixed routes. Not a good route builder.
Does anyone have route tips for my trajectory?
