If the unjoined eventually get Plurbed, will everyone (in the world) move to the same area?

We saw that once Kusimayu joined, they all packed up and left her village. Well where did they go to? Are all the Plurbed folks congregating to one specific area in the world for efficiency sake, or would they go to their closest metropolitan area? Since there are no unjoined in Australia, did the Plurbed Aussies move closer to the nearest unjoined?
