How can I get rid of red skin?

Hi, My skin especially around me forehead and sides of my head is red all the time. I have seen several dermatologists, some of them told me I am allergic to my skincare, some told me I have rosacea and probably that my barrier is broken. No doctor was able to actually help me correct the problem, although it turns out I am allergic to some of LA Reche Posay and CeraVe products.

Over a month I have not used any skincare (my skin is oily) and my forehead is still very red and itchy. Has anyone had similar experience? How did you overcome this?
