[TOMT] could anyone help recognize this childhood device

I remember somewhere like 2015-2017 this some kind of cartridge animation thing, you would insert the cartridge and this Disney movie lit up, (I remember inserting finding Dory and up), it didn't play the whole movie though, it just show a picture of the movie and sound effects on the background. I'm pretty sure you would twist it in some way for it to display a different scene. I also remember going to flea markets where they would lay out lots of cartridges of different movies on tables to buy, I was also raised Mexican and the people who sold the cartridges were also mainly Hispanic. I remember being addicted to it as a little kid. I have tried countless websites, Google search, ai's, and even my siblings and they all couldn't identify it. Im guessing this device was collabing with companys and that it was not a device Disney made only for their movies because the only results I get from search Disney movie device were these old devices that played movies like Cinderella or bueaty and the beast, but I could be wrong. This device's shape was something like a square or rectangle and NOT shaped like a gun or something else. I'm also pretty sure this device was controlled manually and is not digital, it Also required batterys and not charge. I know this because on long trips my parents let me take the device and it worked without wifi. If anyone has an idea or has had one before please let me know. Thank you for reading this
