Sexting is a problem for me

When I start I can't stop. My therapist is trying to help me but I'm I'll stop then start again. I know these men don't care about me but I still send photos and find ways to talk to them. I really wanna stop but it's gonna take a lot.

The thing is my behavior is caused by trauma and I want to be able to have a normal relationship but men have only ever wanted my body.

Just wanted to get this off my chest.
