12 square meters stereo setup recommendation needed!

Hi all!
Recently I am about to build a stereo setup for my office room and need someone to help me so I can get the best bang for the buck.

My Speakers would seat on my desk, max 25cm from the wall. I will listen to them 90% of the time nearfield. As inputs I want to use:
- Tidal Streaming (I would love to get a max quality utilized on my set)
- Bluetooth streaming (Most preferably with AptX or LDAC support)
- USB C from my macbook
- Phono from Gamophone AT-LP60X which I already own.

I was thinking on building a set of All in One AMP + Speakers like Polk ES15 or buying a pair of active speakers with Phono IN like PSB Alpha iQ.

The music I like is a very wide range but if I would need to specify the top genres it would be: Metal, Rock Classics (like Cream, Led Zeppelin), Acoustic music, and a bit of Pop. I highly value balanced sound with a lot of details especially in high-mid range, I don't like boomy base.

Help would be much appreciated!
