General service fee UG FT

Hey guys, it is my last semester here at Rowan. I have been a commuter my whole four years here and I was just hit with an unexpected fee on my bill titled “general service fee UG FT” the guy at the bursar’s office told me that it was originally meant for people that live on campus but now it’s mandatory for all students is this true does anyone else have any information on this? I genuinely can’t afford this.
