Where Should I Go?

Im ready to up and go and I really want a fresh start. I want to move somewhere with 4 seasons where I can spend time outdoors, Im a young college student and I want to meet people and have things to do (I don’t drink) I enjoy nature and art and spending time outdoors with my dog. What are some good cities I can move to, I serve/ bartend so my budget isn’t super high but I’ve lived in major cities like Tampa and Savannah with these kind of jobs so I know it’s doable, Texas and Georgia are off the table. I was thinking NY, Michigan, Philly, Jersey, or the pnw, preferably not southern. Lmk where you live if you love it!!
