Trying to end my lease early

:Qfl: Question

I live in a rental condo in laval and need to leave two months before my lease ends. There recently was a change in management in thr condo and the new people are just horrible to interact with.

I wanted to work with them to put the unit back on rental early and they refused. I am trying to find people for a cession de bail on my own then.

They refuse to asvertise or open up my unit at the time of my departure. I've even offered to pay the two months of rent that were remaining to break the lease early so I could be free of the responsibility and liability and they also refused. They categorically refuse to work with me on any and all option I've put forward.

What can I do? My lease ends on May 1st and my new one starts on March 1st.
