Yin Zhi’s event

I don’t know if this event is recurring but if it is, I am wondering about the importance of the event.

I can see we are currently collecting coupons so I assume we can use them to purchase items at a discount. And since it is Yin Zhi, is it a huge event like her Bo Bing event from the fall where you can get things you couldn’t before?

(I feel like the NY event was pretty big as well and I am exhausted mentally and monetarily just to keep up with the game. So I guess I want to know if I will miss anything important if I sit this one out. Anything advice is appreciated, thank you!)
