Where is popular place this community can get hi-res flac Chinese, Japanese audio?

Hi all,

I'm CIA agent, currently working for Sony Record Entertainment. After victory in stopping SpotiFLAC system fetching Spotify metadata, I got a new job. It's hunting central website/app that can download hi-res Chinese and Japanese song, without register requirement like 163 or Jpopsuki. Yes, anyone knows it please give me identity of this web and I will take it down. Please dont tell me Youtube, I cannot stop its service. Any information provided will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerly.
