Gaining energy

Recently ive been listening to music to work up my energy before any spell work or prayers. I’ve found that salsa music, specifically for me, feels really spiritual and grounds me, and connects me to what my intention is. ( im Hispanic) I was wondering does anyone do the same ? Haha 😂
