What's the best way to INCREASE file sizes?

The issue: Plex isn't showing one of my TV shows (I also have a Jellyfin server and it's showing the tv show just fine). I think Plex is ignoring it because the video files are less than 300MB.

Is there a way I can either

1. Force Plex to recognize the files as they are, or

2. 'Pad' the files to make them over 300MB?
