Am I having a period?

I have been on HRT/estrogen for about three months.

The past couple days I have gotten a lot more headaches than usual, mostly to overstimulation. I have also been having trouble sleeping. And in general I feel more irritable especially at little things or other people habits that I don't usually have a problem with. I have had more pain in my back. And I have had some acne pop up on my face, which had basically disappeared when I started transitioning. I had diarrhea the other night, I thought it was from a upset stomach but it only lasted that a few hours. And my breast have been more sensitive to pain, even more than usual.

I researched the symptoms of periods, so it definitely could fit. But I wanted to make sure I wasn't having confirmation bias.
