How is Camille currently?

I know the season is coming to an end and things will change a bit with new items, or at least I assume so. Still, my question is how is playing Camille? U.GG lists her as an A tier champ with a 50% wr, which I don’t think is awful by any means.

What’s the game plan when playing Camille? Is she a strong duelist? Does she want to team or side lane? Does she still scale into being a late game monster, or what stage of the game is her strongest?

I’ve always loved playing Camille and I’ve recently been getting back into top lane. What are the things I should know when I lock her in? Any perma bans? Strengths and weaknesses? Any insight is much appreciated. Thank you!!!
