I need some help with a UPS

Our UPS that powers our Rack is dying, I run IT for a construction company, the building doesn't have the most stable of power. When the power goes out so does the Rack due to our UPS being old and out of date and it does not have an auto reboot function so someone has to come back to the office and manually turn it back on. This effects our WiFi and security system. TLDR: Can someone give me a suggestion on what UPS I can get? I need something that auto reboots the UPS and Rack once power is restored to the building.
