Leave Question

So I took a leave in December on 12/22 because I was sick I had flu like symptoms couldn’t breathe all that good stuff. They drew my blood because the nurse seen that my capillaries were Snow White. Mind you I have severe iron deficiency anemia. I knew once they drew my blood I wasn’t going home that day so I had it in my mind to be prepared to be admitted. I was supposed to work that day but I put a leave in earlier during that day to cover me. Fast forward I left the hospital the next day. But was still sick as hell, during my stay I had to get a breathing treatment twice but I couldn’t breathe due to the mucus in my chest. All my test came back negative for Covid, the flu, etc. I was supposed to return to work on the 12/24 but I was still sick as hell from whatever I had before I came in so I extended it another day. Which means I was supposed to return back to work in the 25th. I submitted all of the documents that was needed. I called them about the healthcare provider form to see if I can fax it over or bring it in and the lady said they didn’t do that so she sent me over a copy of the exact same doctors note that was given to me. I haven’t gotten any updates yet what do I do????
