Question on AI bot

I’m sorry if this belongs in the mega thread. I’ve looked and mega threads are not pinned at the top of my screen.

I’ve opened two cases with Fin the bot over the last week regarding my battery life. Both cases ended with “there is an issue with your ring someone will reach out via email - but no one has reached out and I’ve followed up with the bot asking for an ETA.

I’m seeing others are having replacements sent as a result of their bot communication.
