5W-30 instead of 0W-20?

So I’ve been reading some inconclusive stuff online about what oil to use for my car. I’ve been running 0W-20, but I daily my car and tend to get on it pretty frequently. I do not track my car (2013). I live in north Alabama and it does not get super cold here (except for a few cold snaps a few times a year). What do you guys think?
