NN wit or FM?

I have 30k saved up and I'm having a hard time choosing which card to pull, I already have a lb0 FM and can easily just hit pity and shard her to lb3 if I want to, but I really love late surgers and noticed that NN wit doesn't return anytime soon in the timeline after the jan. rerun, I was wondering if it's worth trying to gamble to get a mlb NN or atleast a few LBs and max her out with shards, or just save for FM card? especially with MANT coming up, having to choose between the fuku speed over nn wit is pretty annoying since On your left is a powerful accel for late surgers
