How common is vomiting with the flu?

I work in healthcare and have seen flu cases (specifically flu A) SKYROCKET recently. Not only am I seeing patients with it but my coworkers have been getting sick as well. I wear a mask and am diligent about washing my hands but am still terrified of getting it. I have pretty bad emetophobia (fear of vomiting) and have been spiraling these past few days about getting the flu and potentially vomiting from it. How common is vomiting with flu A (or any flu in general I guess)? If you’ve had it, what were your symptoms? I know that there’s a difference between influenza and norovirus and I’m pretty sure I had norovirus a few weeks ago (15 episodes of watery diarrhea within the span of 24 hours along with nausea but no vomiting).
