[NES] [Late 80s (?)] A platformer about a baby

I'm looking for a game for the NES. I think it was a japanese exclusive, but it was about a baby in a chibi style. With a lot of pastel colors, and some MegaMan-like physics. The baby also used a rattle to attack enemies. That's pretty much all I can recall. ty in advance <3
