Logi Options + STILL NOT WORKING!!!

Despite having followed all instructions to cleanly uninstall, restart, reinstall the latest "patch" installer, everytime I boot up Options+ I am still stuck on the loading wheel!!! WTF, my Logi Craft Keyboard and MX Master mouse is pretty useless in this state.
