anyone knows where to get flex cable for xreal one pro ?

XREAL One Pro

does anyone knows where I could buy flex cable to replace mine ? my xreal one pro's button not functioning when the arms are open. it could be clicked when folded. I ever tried talk to xreal and they wont send me parts. they want me to send it back, even though I have offered to pay for the shipping cost. I'd even pay for the flex cable if needed even though it was still under warranty. really2 dissapointed in xreal in how they handle their overseas customer. but it's their policy so nothing I could do but just think several times later if I EVER want to buy their products.

it would be very costly for me to send it to and from xreal and I would be charged import taxes too. for the one wandering how expensive it is, lets say it would be about $300 in total. (the breakdown would be like $100 for shipping cost to and fro, about $120 for the tax and $80 for unforeseen cost that I wouldnt know due to I have to use forwarder to send it and back. it costs about that much too when I have to claim warranty for my quest 3 to the US).
while my local repair shop could repair it IF ONLY he had the flex cable. he would only charged my like $7-10 usually. so yeah, it's very far in cost.

problem is, I tried to sell it on shopee, but then apparently I got a wicked buyer. He open it up, and when he saw that it was the flex cable that's broken and needed to be replaced, he returned it. even worse, shopee let him wins even though I have unboxing video that showed it (hell, I wouldnt use shopee to sell things anymore).

so now, I'm stuck with it and couldnt even claim warranty to xreal.

so please help me with info of how I could get the flex cable replacement to fix my xreal one pro. The problem was that the minus button not functioning when the arms are open, but lately the anchor/ok button started to show the same symptoms. It's very hard to use it like this. there should be somewhere that sell compatible flex cable replacement for this ?
