Does on field Bina need EM or can I go the HP/HP/Crit?

I am getting confused about what stars she needs for on fielding her. I don’t have other nod Kari characters, so I will play her as a main dps until lauma comes out. What are the main stats and sub stats needed for on-fielding her.

Would it differ if I used no nod-Kari characters or not?

Also, for on-field is it still Fav Codex and ProtoType amber or the Widsith?
