VC Disconnected..?

I tried to join my friend on a Roblox game, but when I joined, I got a pop-up saying "VC has been disconnected" or something like that. And suddenly I can't hear what anyone is saying. I don't know what's wrong with it. My WiFi is good, my age is verified(if I actually need that for vc), and I haven't gotten any vc bans that I know of. I rarely even use my microphone, I just want to be able to hear people.

Like, I don't know what to do. I tried rejoining a few times and that didn't work. I tried joining different games. Nope, still no vc. What's going on?
