What are easy ways to make 60 fps frame perfects without using hitbox trail

I want to make frame perfects in my level, but im on mobile so I cant use hitbox trail to make it. are there certain gaps that make 60 fps frame perfects? (example: place two blocks side by side and move the left block to the left one block and right 3 ticks (1 tick is a 15th of a block, mini tick is 1/4 of that, ykwim?) and you’ll hav a frame perfect. this is an example of how to explain it, not an actual example of a frame perfect) Idc what gamemode its in (maybe not swing but it would stil be appreciated) I just want to know how to make frame perfects. that said, I do want to know cube, ship, ball, and most of all wave. thanks!
