My birth mother is a black woman and idk what to do w my hair.

I was adopted by a white polish family 7hrs after my birth the only things I know about my birth parents is my bio mom is mixed race black and my bio dad is a ginger born to irish immigrants I have very curly but sometimes hard to control hair I would say I’m about a 3B curls wise but deal with a lot of scalp dryness and knotted curls I’m looking for advice as no one in my family has this type of experience
