Service Cats

So I know that some states allow service cats and I honestly think that cats honestly could make pretty decent service animals, ALTHOUGH , I don’t think service cats should be allowed in public access places and I’ll explain why .

Service dogs and service cats are not the same , cats are naturally skid-dish creatures and having them in a place like Walmart or Target or at parties and etc where there is a lot of people and a lot of feet and a lot of prey like squirrels and small lizards and not to forget that they are more likely to get denied at the door before you even go in , I’m not saying this out of spite but more like for animal safety because I did see a girl on TikTok bringing her service cat to school to which I think she should use a service dog not a service cat .

When it comes to service mini horses I am a more open to that , horses are prey animals but I like cats they are bigger and you can train them to be bulletproof just like western horses . Those horses are scared of nothing because of the amount of conditioning the owners put in where if you try that with a cat ( at least to my experience and knowledge ) you’ll end up breaking their trust more

I would like to hear some opinions on this !

BTW I won’t be rude or anything just because you take your service cat into public spaces , I think that’s very brave but I myself wouldn’t do that to a cat
