Highest Paid Coach in CFB

Just a reminder Kirby makes $13.3M per year. Highest in cfb. Signed One 5 star for 2026. Didn’t crack the top 20 in the portal in 2025. Currently ranked 82nd in the portal for 2026.

Haven’t won a playoff game in 3 years. Excuse in 2023 was injuries. Excuse in 2024 was couldn’t run the ball, inexperience at WR and injuries. Excuse in 2025 was injuries.

He’s the best coach we have ever had but I fear the man has checked out. If we can’t win a playoff game next year, maybe we just accept that we aren’t a top 5 program anymore but still pay our coach the most.
