Base ender 3 calibration order

Hey all. After getting annoyed with my ender 3 I ordered new wheels and springs and the magnetic plate. Now levelling is much easier.

Previously the only calibration I have done is a temp tower. This showed not much difference but I’m running at 210c for my PLA printing.

Which order should I do the other calibrations? I will be doing

Flow rate Retraction Tolerance Pressure advance

After that’s done I’ll print some benchmarks to ensure it is all good, but is there an order to do these in?
