How did Camille find out about the affair?

Rewatching season 2 episode 3, and am still about confused on how Camille find out Emily was Sleeping with Gabriel just from seeing his pan in her kitchen. Like how was that supposed to be a giveaway that they were sleeping together? What if gabriel just needed a place to leave it?? or emily wanted to borrow it?
