Moving to Columbus this Summer, looking for rental properties. Any recommendations or decent areas to look at? Good realtors?

My Husband and I will be moving to Columbus on a two year contract for his job. Looking for a 3 bed/bath house preferably. Budget $2,500. We went to Columbus over the holidays to check out some areas, I really loved the Midland area, would love to find something in that area or similar. Are there any decent realtors or companies that you guys recommend?
